Speaker 1Okay, let's get started. The goal today is to agree on the launch date for the notebook feature.

Speaker 2Before we pick a date, the citation work on the Mac still needs three or four days.

02 · who said what

Every line, with who said it.

Quolio separates the voices in the room, so the transcript reads like the conversation it was.

What you’ll need AI features need Apple Intelligence: iOS 26 on an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, or an iPad or Mac with Apple silicon. Quolio installs on iOS 17 and later; older devices get recordings and transcripts.
Do I need an account?

No. There is no account and no sign-in.

Does a bot join my call?

No. Quolio listens in the room through your iPhone, iPad or Mac, so nothing joins your video call.

Where does the AI run?

On your device. Summaries, action items, quizzes, flashcards and Ask your notes use Apple Intelligence. Quolio doesn't use Google Gemini or any other third-party AI.

Does my audio leave my device?

Quolio transcribes speech on your device first. If on-device recognition fails, the audio may be sent to Apple's speech recognition servers to be transcribed. With iCloud sync on, recordings sync through your own private iCloud.

Can I import a recording?

Yes. Tap the microphone button at the top of the note list, choose Import audio or video…, and pick a file. Quolio transcribes it and writes the notes the same way as a live recording.

How do I delete my data?

Delete any note or recording inside the app. With iCloud sync on, a deleted note is removed from your other devices too. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device.
